Vocational training

NSW Department of Education delivers a range of courses leading to industry qualifications. These courses are delivered in school, by qualified teachers giving you access to industry standard training within your day to day school timetable. By enrolling in a VET qualification with the NSW Department of Education (RTO 90333), students are choosing to participate in a program of study which will provide a pathway of study towards HSC accreditation and a nationally recognised qualification (dual accreditation).

School-based VET teachers are skilled practitioners in their field and up to date with current industry practice.

Asquith High School offers students the opportunity to complete in the following courses and as the school continues to expand, new courses will be added.

Certificate II in Hospitality (SIT20322)
Certificate III in Business (BSB30120)
Certificate III in Retail (SIR30216)
